Jiangsu Xinyu Precision Hardware specializes in mass production of carbon steel fixtures, precision shafts and stamped metal parts for mechanical assembly. The factory previously relied on ordinary anti-rust water and low-grade protective oil, which only provided 3–5 days of temporary protection. In humid indoor storage conditions, finished parts easily developed surface rust, oxidation discoloration and dark spots during packaging and transit, resulting in a 3.8% rework rate and unstable delivery quality. After switching to RP53 thin-film anti-rust oil, the product forms a uniform, dry and non-sticky protective layer on metal surfaces, extending indoor anti-rust duration to 60 days for finished goods inventory. It effectively prevents oxidation during cross-process turnover and long-term warehousing, reducing rust-related rework rate from 3.8% to 0.4%. The residue-free formula requires no degreasing before assembly or painting, simplifying production procedures, lowering waste loss and significantly improving product qualification consistency.
