Moldfree® BT-40 is a high-efficiency release agent based on polymer materials, offering excellent release performance from concrete.
- It features excellent film-forming properties, creating a uniform and consistent thin film on the mold surface.
- It can effectively extend the service life of molds.
- Concrete products demolded with Moldfree® BT-40 exhibit a smooth and glossy surface finish.
Instructions for Use
- Clean the mold thoroughly before first use; any residual debris on the mold will impair the performance of Moldfree® BT-40.
- Dilute Moldfree® BT-40 with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 before application.
- Apply the diluted product to the mold surface by brushing, rolling, or spraying. Spraying is the recommended method.
- After uniform spraying, allow 15–50 minutes (at 25°C) for the product to dry and form a film (until the milky white appearance disappears). If the mold surface is uneven, use gauze or a brush to distribute the oil film evenly.
- Proceed with concrete pouring and molding.
- Demold the finished product.
