C 500 is a specially formulated neat oil cutting fluid designed for heavy-duty machining of ferrous metals. It contains a high content of active, non-active and extreme pressure additives, which can extend tool life and improve the surface finish of workpieces. Due to its high content of active sulfur, it is not recommended for machining non-ferrous metals.

Neat Cutting Oil C500 is specially formulated for heavy-duty metal cutting operations, including broaching, tapping, reaming, high-speed milling and gear shaving.

It is suitable for use on automatic cutting machines to process a variety of hard ferrous metals, such as alloy steel, stainless steel and high-nickel alloys.
