C505 neat cutting oil is specially formulated for a variety of ferrous metal cutting operations under medium-load conditions. Formulated with active sulfur and chlorine-based additives, this product effectively extends tool life and improves workpiece surface finish. Due to its high content of active sulfur, it is not recommended for machining non-ferrous metals.

C505 neat cutting oil is suitable for machining complex-shaped workpieces and metal working that produces fine chips. It is especially ideal for thread cutting machines, tapping and deep hole drilling.
C505 neat cutting oil is applicable to the machining of various hard ferrous metals, including alloy steel, stainless steel and high-nickel alloys. It is also suitable for the honing of high-strength metals.
