Product Advantages
DS-800 is a high-performance water-based release agent specially formulated for magnesium alloy die casting.
It boasts outstanding wettability even at elevated mold temperatures and forms a uniform continuous film on mold surfaces.
Containing thermally stable release agents and lubricating additives, DS-800 effectively prevents adhesion between magnesium castings and mold cavities.
It minimizes residue accumulation on molds and produces no harmful fumes or vapors, helping maintain clean air inside the die-casting workshop.
DS-800 improves the fluidity of molten magnesium alloy for complete venting, reduces surface scabbing, and upgrades the surface finish of finished magnesium castings.
Usage Instructions
Normally dilute DS-800 with water at a ratio of 1:80 to 1:100.
For high-spec thin-wall components such as IT panels, adjust the dilution ratio appropriately based on actual production requirements.
