Emulsified Cutting Fluid HCR12

HCR12 is a high-performance emulsified fluid free of chlorine and sulfur, featuring excellent biodegradability and high stability. With a high oil content, it is composed of synthetic base oils and additives, delivering superior lubrication performance to provide better protection for cutting tools. It can replace some traditional neat oil applications and effectively improve the surface finish of workpieces. It has a high alkaline reserve, which effectively prevents pH value decline and ensures the stability of the diluted solution. Containing effective bactericides and fungicides, it boasts a long service life and has a minimal impact on the environment. It exhibits low foaming properties, so excessive foam will not affect its use during high-pressure spraying.

Product Application

Applicable Materials: HCR12 is designed for machining of iron, steel and sensitive non-ferrous metals.

Machining Processes: Suitable for turning, milling, drilling and surface grinding. Thanks to high oil content and superior lubricity, it performs exceptionally well for tapping operations. Compatible with both individual machine coolant systems and centralized coolant systems.

Product Advantages

  • Biostable formulation delivers exceptionally long service life;
  • Low foaming performance and excellent tolerance to varying water qualities;
  • Outstanding anti-corrosion and rust protection properties;
  • Excellent flushing and cooling capacity;
  • Good wetting property reduces carry-off of coolant and keeps cutting tools & workpieces clean;
  • Harmless to operators and the environment;
  • Non-aggressive to machine paint and compatible with common machine tool elastomer seals.
