Water‑soluble Cutting Fluid HCD26

HCD26 is a high‑performance semi‑synthetic water‑soluble cutting fluid free of chlorine, phenol and nitrite with excellent biological stability. It is low‑foaming and performs well in both hard and soft water. HCD26 features high alkaline reserve, which effectively prevents pH drop and ensures stability of diluted fluid. It contains specialized biocides, fungicides and synthetic extreme‑pressure additives, with low environmental impact.

Product Application

Applicable Materials: HCD26 is suitable for machining iron and steel components, and is especially ideal for non‑ferrous metals.

Machining Processes: HCD26 is applicable to a wide range of machining operations including turning, milling, drilling and surface grinding. It works with both standalone machine tools and central cooling systems.

Product Advantages

  • Its advanced biostable formulation ensures an exceptionally long service life.
  • Low‑foaming characteristics with strong adaptability to different water qualities.
  • Outstanding anti‑corrosion performance.
  • Excellent flushing and cooling capacity.
  • Superior wettability reduces coolant carry‑off while keeping cutting tools and workpieces clean.
  • Non‑hazardous to operators and the environment.
  • Does not damage paint coatings and is compatible with commonly used machine‑tool seals.
